From the start, we built Sanero's process the way we'd want a deal handled with our own money: verify first, document everything, and only then decide. Our goal is simple — to be the company you'd recommend to a friend without hesitation, whether they're a foreigner or a Georgian, planning to buy, rent, or sell property in Tbilisi.
Photos and listings from other platforms can be lifted and may not reflect a property's real condition. That's why an in-person, on-site inspection is the best way to confirm that a property truly looks the way it's shown in the photos.
A verbal promise can't replace evidence. That's why we rely on official documents and verified information, so every important detail rests on a confirmed foundation.
Checking the public registry is a critical part of any deal. It lets us confirm ownership status in advance and uncover any liens, disputes, or other discrepancies before a transaction reaches its final stage.
